We hosted another fabulous Business Advisory Club this morning, the hot topic being: “grooming businesses for sale”. We were joined by an Independent Financial Adviser and a Solicitor. It was lovely to meet local businesses who are looking for expert advice when it comes to selling their business.
There was an interesting discussion round the able about how we can help you to find buyers for your business as well as preparing the due diligence information, reviewing and updating the Share Purchase Agreements and warranties where necessary, plus negotiating for and assisting you through the transaction every step of the way.
